DaVinci 1.0 fried ?
#1
Hello Guys,

First up, Sorry for my Bad English.

I have a Trouble with my Davinci 1.0 with Repetier FW 0.92
I have one from the First Generation and last week I Update to E3D Hotend. And Printed a few parts, without Problems.

Now, for 2Days my Thermistor is Crashed and i install a new one Today.
Now i have the Problem, Thats my Hotend and my heatbed will not heating.

The wires are all ok.

When i Heat my HotEnd, there's heating for a few minutes, than i got the Decoupled Message on the Display.

On Heating Process Thats Temp on the Display stucks by 102....nothing is changing
When i heating my Bed, thers Nothing, its Cold.

When i start my Printer, at the Display i got this Informations. Without any Errors.

I have tried to Install the Original HotEnd, but the same Problem.

There is a Pic from the Display Information.

but even if I switch to the  old original Davinci Hotend with the original Thermistor, nothing changes. The problem is still present.

I can check that again later, but if I really paying attention yesterday . Has the value in the display done anything, whether the Hotend or the thermistor were connected or not

If you did not change anything in FW - it will tell you if the issue come from board / wires (depending where you disconnect board or sensor) / or sensor itself

decoupling error is just a consequence of wrong values displaying getting from sensor

Is the problem perhaps also to the FW setting of the thermistor ? As I said, if I do I get the printer turn on the values already Hotend : 102/0 Bed : 109/0

So, no i'am Checked again.

3 Leds all On.
Wires from PCB to Mainboard are OK.
When i Disconnect the Thermistor, nothing will happen.

I Dosnt Change Anything on the FW. The Printer is new Flashed

yes I have read it . So I should remove the R29 resistor and bridging so that the whole works or not ?

Temperature is still 100 on extruder when sensor is disconnected from board and thermistor table is 5 on FW as normal ?

if yes board has issue

Yes, FW Thermistor Table is 5
Yes the temp stays at 100C when I disconnect the thermistor.
Crap, so I can only switch on Ramp 1.4 Or replace the motherboard. But that's hard to get retail in Germany.

What I have also noticed, the ATIBEL chip is very very Hot at power.
