Printing issues with .2 or under resolution. Da Vinci 1.0A wit Repetier
#1
What up guys! got a question. I have a 1.0A that I had some issues where I roasted the zero ohm resistor about a year ago. But was able to get it fixed by a small electronics repair place. The printer works pretty damn well right now, however I think there is an issue with some settings in the repetier host. The issue is that if I set resolution to anything under .3 the prints come out chunky and have globs of filament all over. .3 prints come out perfectly smooth.

What am I doing wrong?

I had a similar problem check:
1. calibrations beds
2. Selection of the filament temperature
it helped me Smile

Thank you. I do think bed needs to be calibrated better. What about temp? I am at about 210 degrees on Hatchbox black ABS.
