Remove extruder pcb ?
#1
Does anyone know if it's ok to remove the small pcb used by the stock extruder ?
I'm now on repetier and E3D so I've no use for the filament sensor.
Can you connect the thermistor and fan directly to the main board and discard the small pcb ?

The only issue you may encounter is difficulty feeding new filament if you are still going through the metal plate. The filament sensor filled the gap.
