85% metal filament & 100% metal
#1
I found this small business that created a few different types of metal filaments (brass, copper, and bronze). They claim to have created this filament that prints consistently with 85% metal and 15% PLA. They also claim that you can melt out the PLA using a DIY kiln and you will have a 100% metal object. I think that would be a little unnecessary, but regardless this is some pretty sweet stuff. It is pretty expensive though.

Interesting. Hard to believe it flows w/o a problem at 85% metal... and I see a lot of nozzle clogs coming lol

I would imagine it would be extremely hard wearing on the Da Vinci nozzle and any other brass nozzles.
