Setting up repetier printer settings after flashing
#1
Anyone willing to help me get the settings correct for my da vinchi 1.0? I already flashed it and everything printer wise seems to be working great but i am missing some settings and getting the connection to the printer to work. Anyone able to help and guide me so i can start printing and learning?[Image: printsettings.png][Image: devicemanager.png]

baud rate need to be same as printer, default one is 230400 not 2500000, if still not great try to decrease on printer and repetier host to next baud rate

For drivers problem you may try another usb port or to reinstall latest arduino drivers

Luc i see your name on here quite abit do you mind helping me get this thing set up correctly so i can start printing? I want to start printing PLA and other filaments on this printer but i dont know how to do the settings to get so started. Such as how do i control the temperature of the extruder and stuff on this program. Searching for all these configurations and stuff for this printer is very confusing. I welcome anyone thats willing to help me get a stable build so i can start working on it and learning my self. I'm willing to do remote control as well if someone is willing to and also compensate for the time.

I fixed the bed leveling issue thank you, I tested my first test brick. I see some issues though and i believe its part of my slic3r settings and print settings.

I am going to link a imgur link that has my print settings and slic3r settings along with my test brick. I am unsure of what all these settings should be, i mainly ripped them from around the web.

here is the link

I already commented almost same sequence for S3D :
https://forum.voltivo.com/showthread.php?tid=8522

I am not using Slic3r, so I do not know if heat command should be part or not of Start Code for slic3r, or if slic3r add them before -you can save the GCODE and edit it to check when doing your modifications/test before printing

but for the Fan commands / M84/ and cooldown my comments are same

I suggest you to read the repetier.ino to check what are the available GCODE commands and their function, to understand what you are doing
