Anyone try using Wooden filament?
Hey guys!

I have a Da Vinci 1.0 still using all the original hardware, and I was wondering if anyone has tried out wooden filament on it and how it went.

I heard that you have to mod the extruder to print safely with Ninjaflex, so I was wondering if the same is true here to prevent saw dust from clogging the nozzle, etc.

Does the Da Vinci 1.0 work well with wooden filament?
Thanks Smile
Most of the wooden stuff is PLA based. Gotta get your printer reliably printing PLA before you worry about exotics.
See my thread about modding the Davinci to use Colorfabb Woodfill -
In particular, post no.25 describes my latest mod which also works with Colorfabbs Bronzefill and XT as well as regular PLA.
