Extruder fails during print
We have several printer (5) and we have had 3 failures where the heater wire connectors to the extruder fail and do not make connection.
This happened consistently when approaching 200 hours of operation.
We replaced the connector with wire nuts and have had no failures.
When you move to load and unload, the connector makes contact, but when you start moving around printing, especially near the front the connector will fail.
It does not seem to cause any other problems and should extrude normally even if it had failed during a print.
There is probably a permissive in the firmware which stops the extruder feed, since we did not see any evidence of filament grinding.
