Help Please!
Just purchased and flashed .92 onto my XYZ-DV 1.0:

Followed a few others pathways and got most of the settings in Slic3r and repetier host set up.  The problem is when I start a print through host.

I am seeing the priming behavior at a perfect starting layer height. The printer returns the head to a cleaning position, the bed drops (Z axis lowers) and then it attempts to start the print with almost a whole centimeter space between the bed.  I am certain I have messed this up somehow, but IDK what to do to make the print start at the same layer height as the priming layer just seconds before.

I am using this start g-code from Slic3r:

M140 S[first_layer_bed_temperature] ; Bed (no wait)

M106 S255 ; Start fan
G90 ; set absolute coordinates
G28 ; home all axis
M190 S[first_layer_bed_temperature] ; Bed (wait)
M104 S[first_layer_temperature] ; Extruder (no wait)
M109 S[first_layer_temperature] ; Extruder (wait)

M300 s1000 p400 ; Beep
M300 s1500 p400
M300 s2000 p400

M100 ; Cleaning
